Returns
At Pussy Galore we hope you love the items you buy, but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, you may return unworn merchandise
with all tags attached for an exchange or refund. You may return or exchange any unworn item(s) within the UK and internationally, at any time within 14 days of receipt, for a
refund or exchange.
To return an item (important)

We accept returns if they are:
- in their original condition
- with all tags attached,
- with no deodorant or makeup marks
- and with the original packaging. Failure to do this could seriously delay our ability to process your returns request quickly & efficiently. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email, and on the packing note that came with your purchase.
You must pay for the return to us.
Cancelation of an order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Pussy Galore,
for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive
the goods to customerservice@pussygalorecardiff.com

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods and issue a registered signature from us when we receive the parcel.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Postage
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via a special next working day delivery.
Refunds will be made by original payment method. Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will allow for the discounted order value and appropriate discount level.
You will be refunded the amount you paid including the discount not the undiscounted item amount.

Returned items in mint condition
Please Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent
or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Finally
Please ensure the item(s) you are returning are in the original condition within 14 day of receipt
and please allow up to 3 days for your items to get to us.
